Who We Are

Empowering Schools Through Data

The Cumberland DataWorks dashboards were developed by the Tennessee Charter School Center to meet a need that had become common among the public charter schools our organization serves: finding a simple way to make available school data work for each school.

Our mission is to help charter schools across the country better serve students by supplementing and expanding their data analysis capabilities through user-friendly, comparative data tools that can inform decision-making, advocacy, and strategic planning.

About Cumberland DataWorks

After the TCSC team developed real-time data analysis tools for our member schools, Cumberland DataWorks emerged as a way to help our partner organizations in other states expand their data analysis capabilities by adapting the dashboards to each partner’s state data and giving them full access to a customized dashboard. Cumberland DataWorks positions organizations to better support their member schools, advocate on their behalf, and strengthen their role as a hub of data-informed practice.
